About Reservit CRM Link
Bidirectional sync of guest contact data, preferences, stay history and LTV scores between your Reservit account and your CRM. Enables targeted remarketing campaigns using verified stay data. CRM Link reads reservation and guest profile data from Reservit via the official API and maps it to your CRM's contact schema. Field mappings are configurable within the ReserveWithIt interface. The module operates independently of Reservit and does not modify any core Reservit settings.
How to get started
Add to cart and checkout
Add the module to your cart and complete checkout. A payment link and account access instructions are delivered by email.
Access your ReserveWithIt account
Use the emailed access link to open your account dashboard. Your Reservit module is waiting to be configured.
Connect your Reservit API credentials
Enter your Reservit API key in Settings → Connected Reservit Account. Need your API key? See the Reservit access guide.
Configure and activate
Follow the in-app configuration wizard specific to this module. First sync with your Reservit account occurs within 15 minutes of activation.
