How to connect your Reservit account

To use any ReserveWithIt module, you need to provide your Reservit API credentials. Here is a summary of where to find them. For a complete walkthrough, see the full guide.

Log in to your Reservit account

Access your Reservit property management system at the URL provided by Reservit during your onboarding. This is typically a branded URL such as yourhotel.reservit.com or the Reservit cloud portal.

Navigate to API settings

Inside your Reservit account, go to Settings β†’ Integrations β†’ API Access. Depending on your Reservit plan, you may need administrator-level access to view this section.

Generate or copy your API key

If no API key exists, use the "Generate new key" button. Copy the key and keep it secure β€” it will only be displayed once by Reservit.

Paste into your ReserveWithIt account

After accessing your ReserveWithIt account, navigate to Settings β†’ Connected Reservit Account, and paste your Reservit API key. The connection is tested immediately.

Account access β€” common questions

Check your spam or junk email folder. If the link is not there within 10 minutes, try requesting another link using the same email address. Make sure you are using the same email address that was used during your initial ReserveWithIt checkout.
Yes. Return to this page, enter your email address again, and a new 30-minute access link will be sent immediately. Links expire for security β€” this prevents old links from being used if your email is forwarded or leaked.
Ensure you are entering the exact email address used at checkout. If you received a checkout confirmation email, use that address. If you are still unable to access your account, contact us at support@reservewithit.org with your order reference.
Currently each ReserveWithIt account is tied to a single email address. If you need multi-user access for your hotel team, contact support and we will manually add additional authorised email addresses to your account.
Yes. All ReserveWithIt modules connect to Reservit via the official Reservit API. You must already have an active Reservit subscription. ReserveWithIt does not replace Reservit β€” it extends it.
