Manage your active Reservit extensions, billing and API connections from a single dashboard.
Active Reservit Modules
Your account dashboard shows the real-time status of each Reservit module you have purchased. For each module you can see:
- ✓ Module name and active subscription plan
- ✓ Last successful sync with your Reservit account
- ✓ Number of API calls made in the current billing period
- ✓ Current module version and compatibility with Reservit API version
- ✓ Any active alerts or errors requiring action
- ✓ Quick-access button to module-specific settings

Reservit API Connection Settings
Your account stores the Reservit API credentials used by each active module. Credentials are encrypted at rest and transmitted only over TLS 1.3.
API key management
Add, rotate or revoke the Reservit API keys connected to your modules. Each module can use the same or different Reservit credentials.
Connection testing
Test each Reservit API connection directly from your account. The tester checks read and write permissions and reports the Reservit property name and plan tier returned by the API.
API call log
Full log of all API calls made to Reservit on your behalf. Filter by module, date range or call type. Useful for debugging sync issues.
Failure alerts
Set up email alerts for API authentication failures or Reservit connectivity issues. Know immediately if a module loses access to your Reservit account.
Billing and Invoice Management
All billing for your active Reservit modules is managed through your ReserveWithIt account. Monthly invoices are generated on the first of each calendar month and sent automatically to your billing email address.
What you can manage:
- → View and download all past invoices in PDF format
- → Update billing email address and contact details
- → Add or remove modules (changes take effect from next billing cycle)
- → View itemised breakdown per Reservit module
- → Request a VAT-compliant invoice with your EU VAT number
- → Cancel individual modules or your entire account at any time
- → View payment history and confirm successful payments
Reports and Data Exports
Your account provides ready-made reports for each active Reservit module. Data can be exported for use in your own business intelligence tools.
Revenue Optimizer report
Monthly report showing rate recommendations generated, rates approved vs. declined, and estimated revenue impact for your Reservit property.
OTA distribution report
Booking volume by channel, average rate by OTA, and commission cost breakdown sourced from your Reservit account data.
Guest portal report
Pre-arrival completion rates, document upload status and upgrade conversion rates from the Reservit Guest Portal module.
Custom KPI export
Any dashboard built in Reporting Plus can be exported as CSV or PDF on demand. Schedule automated weekly or monthly email delivery.
