Multi-site Reservit setup guide
Connect 2–30 Reservit properties to a unified group management dashboard.
The Multi-Site Manager connects to multiple Reservit property accounts simultaneously, each using its own API credentials. This guide covers the connection and configuration process.
Prerequisites
- An active Reservit account for each property in your group (separate Reservit accounts, not sub-accounts)
- API access enabled on each Reservit account (check with Reservit support if unsure)
- API keys generated from each Reservit account (see Reservit access guide)
- An active ReserveWithIt Multi-Site Manager subscription
Step 1: Add your first Reservit property
In your ReserveWithIt account, navigate to Multi-Site Manager → Properties → Add property. Enter the property name, Reservit API key and Reservit API endpoint URL for the first property. Click "Test connection" — the module will confirm the property name returned by the Reservit API. Save the property.
Step 2: Add remaining properties
Repeat the process in Step 1 for each additional Reservit property. There is no limit to property additions up to the 30-property maximum on the current module plan. Each property uses its own API credentials.
Step 3: Configure the group KPI dashboard
Navigate to Multi-Site Manager → Group Dashboard. Select which KPI metrics to display at the group level: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, arrivals today, departures today, pickup (7-day), net revenue. Rearrange the KPI tiles by drag-and-drop. The dashboard refreshes data from all connected Reservit APIs every 15 minutes.
Step 4: Set up rate parity monitoring
Navigate to Multi-Site Manager → Parity → Configure. Select room type pairs across properties that should be monitored for rate parity (e.g. "Standard Double" across all group properties). Set the parity alert threshold — the maximum rate differential before an alert is triggered (default: 15%). Alerts are delivered by email and appear in the dashboard.
Step 5: Batch rate operations
To push the same rate change to multiple properties simultaneously, navigate to Multi-Site Manager → Batch Rate Update. Select the properties, rate plans and date range. Enter the new rate or rate adjustment (absolute or percentage). Review the preview showing the new rates per property before submitting. Click "Submit to Reservit" — rates are pushed to each selected Reservit property API concurrently. A confirmation screen shows the success/failure status per property.
Troubleshooting multi-property connections
If a property shows "Connection error" in the dashboard: verify the API key has not been rotated in the Reservit admin panel for that property; check that API access is still enabled on the Reservit account for that property; try re-entering the API credentials. Contact support@reservewithit.org with subject "Multi-site connection issue — [property name]" if the problem persists.
